These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website arkesolutionservices.us (the "Site") and describe the general terms under which ARKE Solutions LLC ("ARKE Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") provides website design and development services. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

ARKE Solutions LLC provides website design, website development, and related services such as landing page creation, site updates, and launch assistance. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price for any project are agreed with each client individually and confirmed in writing (including by email) before work begins. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer for a specific project until such written confirmation exists.

2. Quotes and Payment

• Quotes are provided after we understand your project requirements and remain valid for the period stated in the quote.
• Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in the project confirmation. Work begins after the agreed deposit is received.
• Changes requested after the scope is agreed may affect the price and timeline. We will discuss and confirm any such changes with you before performing them.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content, images, and claims you ask us to publish on your website, and you confirm you have the right to use any materials you provide.
• You are responsible for reviewing the site before launch and notifying us of corrections.
• Timely feedback keeps projects on schedule; delays in client review may extend delivery dates.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the final website files created for your project are transferred to you. We retain the right to use general techniques, know-how, and non-client-specific code approaches in future work. Materials you supply remain yours. We may not display your project in a portfolio without your permission.

5. Third-Party Services

Websites depend on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting companies, and font or map providers. These services are governed by their own terms and fees, are paid for by the client unless otherwise agreed, and are outside our control. We can assist with setup, but we are not responsible for outages, price changes, or policy decisions made by third-party providers.

6. No Guarantee of Business Results

We build websites with care and current good practice, but we do not guarantee search engine rankings, advertising approval, traffic volumes, lead counts, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside a website itself, including your market, pricing, advertising budget, and competition.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of ARKE Solutions LLC arising out of or related to any project or use of this Site shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

8. Termination

Either party may end a project by written notice. If a project ends early, the client pays for work completed up to the notice date, and we deliver the work product completed and paid for as of that date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you engage our services applies to your project unless we agree otherwise in writing.
